Turkey's foreign minister urged the United Nations and the European Union on Tuesday to take a more active role in the talks aimed at reunifying Cyprus.
Ahmet Davutoglu said a stalemate in the talks regarding the divided island nation is harming the EU's strategic interests in the eastern Mediterranean."
