Turkey will put Presidency of External Turks into operation to lobby against Armenian diaspora in the World.
As efforts towards normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia are continued, Turkey wants to establish ‘Presidency of External Turks’ for lobbying against Armenian diaspora in the World."
