Coordination Centre for Disasters in Istanbul declared highest risk of floods. According to the weather forecast, another wave of rain is expected for today.
Therefore teams of 2 200 cars and 6 370 officers of duty have been commissioned to the European and Asian part of the town to assist in case of possible natural disaster."
