The death of a Turkish-born prisoner in a Belgian jail was caused by the action of prison guard, a prosecutor said Wednesday.
Belgian judicial authorities have opened an enquiry into the death of 31-year-old Mikail Tekin, reportedly detained for quarrelling with traffic police on Aug. 7, at Jamioulx prison near Charleroi in southern Belgium."
