VIENNA/ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Austrian energy group OMV (OMVV.VI) is in talks to take control of Turkish fuel retailer Petrol Ofisi (PTOFS.IS) from embattled Dogan Holding (DOHOL.IS) as it tries to move into emerging markets, it said on Wednesday."
