The police in Turkey arrested eight suspects in the attack on a wedding party in southeastern Turkey on Monday that killed more than 40 people, including the bride-to-be and her fiancé. Authorities have said the attack, near the city of Mardin by the Syrian border, was probably set off by a feud between families. “No tradition, no custom can ever justify this massacre,” Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Tuesday.
