Finnish Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb in Nicosia on Monday that only through negotiations can the two Cypriot communities work out a solution to the decades-old Cyprus problem.
'It takes two to tango, dialogue is the only way forward,' Stubb told reporters following a meeting with his Cypriot counterpart Markos Kyprianou."
