"Turkish man opens fire in municipal office

An angry municipal employee opened fire with an assault rifle in an office in southern Turkey, wounding four people before turning himself in, authorities said.
The worker was recently reassigned to a department in charge of cleaning, said Faruk Pinarbasi, mayor of the town of Birecik in Sanliurfa province where the attack took place. The worker had previously worked for a department responsible for gardening."
