ISTANBUL, April 28 (Reuters) - Two percussion bombs exploded in central Istanbul on Tuesday causing little damage, broadcaster CNN Turk said.
One bomb exploded in a car park near a military base in Turkey's largest city, while the second blast was outside a six-storey student dormitory on the Asian side of the city, CNN Turk said."
