Turkish Cypriots on the island of Cyprus are voting for a new parliament. Just under 162,000 Turkish Cypriots are eligible to vote. Polls suggest the right wing National Unity Party (UBP) will beat the governing Republican Turkish Party (CTP). Observers say a victory by the UPB may affect current talks with Greece about reuniting the island. The UPB wants the island to stay divided."
