"Report: 40 Kurds detained in Turkey

The state-run Turkish news agency says police have detained more than 40 people in four cities in a nationwide crackdown against Kurdish rebels.
The Anatolia agency says police raided a pro-Kurdish party premises in Istanbul on Friday and rounded up 43 people in the cities of Ankara, Izmir and Batman."
