France very clearly reiterated its position with respect to Turkey’s adhesion to the European Union. Nothing has changed. Under the French presidency, negotiations between the EU and Turkey continued with the opening of two chapters. The Czech presidency is continuing these negotiations with Turkey and could open two more chapters."
