"Clinton praises Turkey and Armenia for talks
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is praising what she describes as bold reconciliation efforts between Turkey and Armenia.
She told lawmakers that the United States was supporting the Turkish and Armenian talks.
Armenia and Turkey have said they are close to restoring full relations after years of disagreements."
