All Cooks Federation of Turkey organizes the 7th Istanbul International Gastronomy Festival that will be held between the dates 21-24 March 2009.
During the festival in 2009, kitchen professionals and gastronomy fans will meet once again where the continents meet the history. The Istanbul International Gastronomy Festival, which is accepted by the World Association of Chefs Society (WACS), aims to bring together Turkish cuisine with all other food cuisine from around the world as well as to affiliate Turkey’s national chefs with the best of those around the globe and allow an exchange of knowledge of the cookery profession that will result in personal growth and achievement."
