"Turkey's Dogan puts up new collateral for tax fine

ISTANBUL, March 16 (Reuters) - Dogan Yayin (DYHOL.IS: Quote, Profile, Research), Turkey's largest media group, is putting up 45.4 percent of its shares in a company it owns to cover a $500 million penalty for alleged tax violations, the company said on Monday."
