Turkey plans to invest in $600 million in a hydroelectric plant and dam project in Turkey's southeastern province of Siirt that will provide job opportunities for 1,200 workers, the Prime Ministry Investment Support and Promotion Agency (ISPAT) said in a statement on Monday."
