"IMF has new loan proposal to Turkey
WASHINGTON: The International Monetary Fund says that it has made new loan proposals to Turkey.
Last month, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said discussions had hit a snag over two conditions the fund is trying to attach to a possible loan."
