ISTANBUL, March 23 (Reuters) - The number of foreign visitors to Turkey rose 0.27 percent year-on-year in February to 898,927, the Culture and Tourism Ministry said on Monday, as the key tourism sector shrugged off the impact of the global economic crisis."
