ANKARA, Turkey, March 4 (UPI) -- U.S.-based Exxon Mobil (NYSE:OM) and EOG Resources (NYSE:EOG) signed preliminary deals with Turkey's state-owned oil company to explore fields in Turkey and the surrounding area."
