The European Union will spend an extra 5 billion euros to tackle the current economic crisis.
The European leaders have made a decision at the Brussels summit to build on energy infrastructure.
A gas pipeline from the Caucasus to Western Europe via Turkey will be one of the first projects to receive the go-ahead from all members."
