LEFKOSA (A.A) - 17.03.2009 - The Turkish Cypriot president said on Tuesday that his country was seeking a settlement to Cyprus problem within the scope of United Nations (UN) parameters.
President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) said that his country wanted a federal settlement within the framework of UN parameters."
