According to Armenian directors and scriptwriters, the cooperation of Armenian and Turkish cinematographers could have firm grounds only after the screening of the topic of the Armenian Genocide. Director Tigran Khzmalyan told reporters that it’s possible to make more things understandable and available through cinematography than rhetoric and acts of protest."
