Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, February 21/corr. Trend News R. Mashadihasanly / Water, even more important than oil. Turkish Energy Minister Hilmi Guler told in his statement during his visit to Bishkek.
According to the minister, oil prices are rapidly changing the dynamics.
“The price of oil still fluctuate. And the price of water is getting to take priority in human life. We need to know the price of water”, - he said."
