Turkey's prime minister on Saturday sought the support of Kurds in local elections, insisting his party represented stability for their region.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan was in Diyarbakir, the largest city in the Kurdish-dominated southeast, to give details of his government's reforms granting more cultural rights to Kurds and economic initiatives to improve the battered region."
