ANKARA, Turkey (AP) - Turkey's state-run news agency says a blast at an Iraqi-Turkish oil pipeline has shut down supplies and caused a spill.
The Anatolia news agency, quoting unnamed officials, says a sudden loss of pressure most probably caused Wednesday's explosion at the predominantly Kurdish province of Sanliurfa."
