"EU to finance Turkish Cyprus water pipes
The Turkish Cypriot 'Nicosia Municipality' and the European Union Commission Support office have signed a cooperation protocol.
It envisages the replacement of asbestos cement water pipes in the Turkish controlled sector of the capital Nicosia.
The project that is being financed by the EU aid programme for the Turkish Cypriot community."
