"Ankara to Host Meeting on Struggle against Terrorism

Turkey, Ankara, 8 October /Trend News/ On 9 October, Ankara will host an extended meeting on struggle against terrorism to be presided over by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
According to the Turkiye newspaper, the meeting will consider the steps to be taken so that to prevent new possible terrorism acts by the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK). The amendments suggested by the security forces to the Law on struggle against terrorism and the Criminal Procedural Code, which had been changed in conformity with the EU norms, will be discussed. Erdogan held a preliminary meeting with ministers of the Turkish Supreme Council on Struggle against Terrorism."
