HELSINKI - Turkish President Abdullah Gul met with the Tatar-Turks living in Helsinki as part of his talks in Finland on Wednesday.
Speaking at the Tatar-Turkish Center, Gul said that he is 'excited to be with Tatar-Turks living in Finland.'"
