BRUSSELS, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Turkey should waste no more time and negotiate seriously over conditions to make the planned $12 billion Nabucco gas pipeline a reality, a top EU official said on Friday.
The project is designed to bring central Asian gas to Europe via Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary. Supporters say it is vital to wean the region from over-dependence on Russian energy."
