While Americans are in the seventh year of mourning for 3,000 killed in the largest terrorist attack of September 2001 and hurricanes Katrina and Ike both hit the Gulf coast in the month of September three years apart, now, in September 2008, the country's markets are facing the largest financial crisis since 1929. "
