On Monday, the Turkey-EU troika meeting was held in Brussels. I know that the European Commission is not happy with the general course of the relations. As the commission tries really hard to keep the relations in order and to convince France and Germany, the only expectation they have is that Turkey would fulfill its obligations. But now Turkey is dragging its feet. For this reason, the question 'Is Erdoğan slipping away from the EU to keep Turkey non-aligned?' is being asked."
