BAGHDAD - Iraqi Minister of Transport Aamer Abdul Jabar on Tuesday voiced readiness to rent out Turkish civilian aircrafts to join them to the Iraqi airlines to tackle the decision not to allow the Iraqi planes to land in the Turkish airports, the ministry said in a statement."
