"Talat says Time most appropriate for Cyprus solution
The Turkish Cypriot president said that a referendum would be held on a text, on which the two parties agreed.

The Turkish Cypriot president defined the current circumstances as the most appropriate ones for solution of Cyprus problem.
President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) said that the current circumstances were the most convenient ones despite the political stance of the Greek Cypriot administration."
