An international conference on global security will bring international experts to Istanbul today.
The ARI Movement's International Security Conference, titled �Looking Ahead: Managing Turkey's International Relations in the Coming Decade,� begins today. The annual conference was established in 1999 and the 10th-annual conference will cover Turkey's foreign policy under three main headings. "
