ANKARA, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- Oil flow has resumed at the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline after technicians fixed the technical failure at a pumping station in eastern Turkey on Saturday, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported."
