NYPD chief attends Turkish Ramadan ceremony
New York Chief of Police Raymond Kelly yesterday attended the Ramadan fast break at Brooklyn's Fatih mosque with the Turkish ambassador to New York, Mehmet Samsar. In the speech he delivered at the event, Kelly praised Turks living in the city. New York State Sen. Marty Golden, Rabbi Joseph Patasnik and Rev. El Yateem also attended. "
