ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — A news agency says Turkish police have shot dead a man who was trying to plant a bomb near a police station.
The Dogan news agency says the man was killed in the shootout early Monday after a police officer noticed the man as he planted plastic explosives near the police station in Antakya. The city is near the border with Syria."
