Olli Rehn, the European Commission's Commissioner for Enlargement, apparently has a perception problem and has developed the habit of seeing developments in Turkey through the lenses of the AKP, to be more precise, through the words of Ali Babacan, our very dear foreign minister who, until very recently, had forgotten that he was expected to defend the interests of Turkey abroad but instead became the minister in charge of defending the AKP abroad."
