Four new earthquake ‘scenarios’ are again on the agenda on the ninth anniversary of the great earthquake that hit the Marmara region, including the city of Istanbul, in 1999. The only hope seems to be the earthquake master plan. A total of YTL 366.7 million has been allocated for precautionary measures"
