"Netherlands: Turkey Doing Too little for Religious Freedom
THE HAGUE, 22/08/08 - The Turkish government does too little to improve religious freedom. Compared with last year, there are few positive developments, Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen said yesterday in a letter to parliament.
Small Christian parties ChristenUnie and SGP had asked the minister for his reaction to a report on Turkey by human rights organisation Jubilee Campaign. This spoke of a growing trend of hatred and violence against religious minorities."
