ISTANBUL, March 10 (Reuters) - Turkish airport operator TAV TAVHL.IS said it would sign on Monday a refinancing agreement worth 505 million euros ($777 million)with Dexia (DEXI.PA: Quote, Profile, Research), Garanti Bank GARAN.IS and Goldman Sachs (GS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) as joint leaders."
