The problem of getting a visa is the biggest barrier to the employment of Turkish workers in a high-profile Turkish construction company operating in Israel, said the company's director general in charge of Israel Sunday. "The whole matter is about visas. The company is currently providing employment for 1,000 Turkish workers but this number would go up to 3,000-4,000 should there be no visa hurdle," Ahmet Arık told a group of Turkish journalists in Tel Aviv, the center of construction projects undertaken by the Yılmazlar Construction Group. "
