The runaway successes of the Internet and personal computers with the mainstream public around the world have now put them in positions of significant stress and danger. There are strong signals that our network and computers are subject to use – and abuse – in ways that have become deeper and more prevalent as their popularity has grown. At the same time, the importance of what the Internet makes possible, particularly for an economy like Turkey’s, is hard to overstate"
