Heimtextil, the world's largest home textile fair will take place Jan. 9-12, 2008 in Messe Frankfurt, Germany. A total of 157 Turkish textile firms will attend the fair.
Aleksandar Medjedovic, general manager of Messe Frankfurt Istanbul said the main purpose of the fair is to provide a business platform for industry players, speaking at a news conference Wednesday in Istanbul. “We aim to offer the international textile sector not only a buying platform but a business platform where participants can network and discuss issues with their peers. The event will also enable participants to see how the global home textiles market is changing,” he said. "
