Turkish financial market wants to see the glass half full especially after the United States Federal Reserve (Fed) introduced an interest rate cut, according to Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) General Manager Varol Civil. “Serious measures taken by the central banks indicate the extent of the fluctuation. We should watch out,” Civil said.
