ANKARA - The US Embassy in Ankara announced again on Tuesday that Washington considers the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) a terrorist organization, following reports alleging that US officials in neighboring Iraq have been holding regular talks with PKK leaders based in mountainous northern Iraq."
