"European Court of Human Rights appoints Turkish Cypriot judge

The European Court of Human Rights has approved the appointment of a Turkish Cypriot to serve as an 'expert judge' in Strasbourg, despite a Greek Cypriot objection to such an appointment, the Anatolia news agency reported on Tuesday."
