BERLIN: Turkish immigrant groups threatened Tuesday to boycott a national integration plan that would help foreigners better adapt to life in Germany.
Four of the nation's largest organizations representing Turkish immigrants said they would not take part in a summit on the issue, planned for Thursday, unless Chancellor Angela Merkel's government changed key elements of a hard-won immigration bill."
