"Corio's 7th Acquisition In Turkey: Zirvekent Shopping Centre In Ankara
Utrecht, Netherlands, July 11, 2007 - (Hugin) - Corio has signed an agreement for the acquisition of a 100%-interest in Zirvekent shopping centre ('Zirvekent'), based on a 20-year leasehold, for approximately US$ 44 million (including acquisition costs). Zirvekent is currently under development in Ankara and will comprise approximately 27,700 m² gross lettable area. The expected opening date of the shopping centre will be in the first half of 2008. The project is forecast to generate a net, for leasehold adjusted, yield in line with Corio's other acquisitions in Turkey."
