Turkey must set aside its plan for military action against the PKK to plan for a much broader Turkish intervention in northern Iraq. In some ways, deterring the PKK in northern Iraq is a small problem when compared to the chaos that will develop in the area as the Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) walks away with Kirkuk."
